Speedway Season Kicks Off With NAPA Big 5 Latemodel Show

Racing action at Meridian Speedway is set to kick off for the 63rd season Saturday, April 26 as the NAPA Big 5 Latemodels take to the quarter-mile.  Supporting classes include Pepsi Sprintcars, Projecct Filter Pro-4s, College of Western Idaho Street Stocks and beginner division Junior Stingers.

Latemodels Dominate Final Test and Tune

Variety was the rule during Meridian Speedway’s final Test and Tune session.  From Tates Rents Hornets to Budweiser Modifieds over a dozen classes took laps Saturday.  The midweek addition of track sealant and unseasonably warm conditions combined for a fast racing surface.
