Racing Accomplishments: 2011: Chris won his first Late Model Championship at Meridian Speedway and was presented with the “Sportsman of the Year Award”. Also, after some bad luck and wrecked racecars, Chris received the “Hard Luck” award. Chris finished 4th in points in the ASA Modified Division
2010: After racing only 7 races in the Late Model Class, Chris received an award all new drivers would be honored to receive, “Rookie of the Year”. Chris was determined to come back stronger in the Late Model Class in 2011 and race his way to a Class Championship. Chris finished 5th in the point standings for the Late Model Class and established an incredible fan base at Meridian Speedway. Chris also finished 4th in the Modified Series. At the end of the race season Chris was honored to receive the award for “Sportsman of the Year”
2009: Chris was honored with the prestigious award of “Driver of the Year”, and having an amazing pit crew, his crew chief was crowned “Mechanic of the Year”. As if that wasn’t enough, he was surprised with the “Sportsman of the Year” award. Chris also won the WIRA Championship in this year.
2008: Chris finished 6th in points in the Modified Class.
2007: Finished 5th in points in the Modified Class.
2006: Chris received the “Rookie of the Year” award for the Modified Class and finished 5th in the point standings.
